How offer tracking and crediting work on Prime Opinion

Wondering how your points get credited after you complete an offer? Here's how tracking works and what timeframes to expect.

How does offer tracking work?

When you complete an offer, the offer provider tracks your activity and confirms it was completed according to their requirements. Once tracked, this information is passed on to credit your points to your Prime Opinion account.

How long does tracking take?

Most offers are tracked within three business days, though this can vary by offer provider. Weekends don't count toward this time.

Why do some offers take longer?

Some offers go through an extra verification period that can take up to seven business days. This happens when the offer provider needs more time to confirm the offer was completed correctly before releasing the reward.

What does "pending" mean?

While an offer is being tracked or verified, it may show as pending in your account. You can check this at any time in Games Activities by selecting Show Pendings. Pending just means your reward is still being processed, and you don't need to do anything.

What if my reward doesn't show up?

If it's been longer than expected (three business days for standard tracking, or seven business days for offers that need verification) and your reward still hasn't been credited, contact our Support team with the details of the offer so we can look into it.
