Why is my reward pending?
A pending reward means your points are on hold while the offer provider completes its verification. This standard step confirms the offer was completed successfully before the reward is finalized.
How long does verification take?
Verification can take up to seven business days. Once it's done, your points are credited to your account automatically.
Where can I see my pending rewards?
Go to Games Activities, then select Show Pendings in your account.
Do I need to do anything?
No. We know waiting can be frustrating, but your reward is being tracked and will be released once verification is finished.
