Request a password reset

  1. Go to the Prime Opinion login page.
  2. Enter the email address on your account, then select Continue.
  3. Select Forgot Password.
  4. Enter the email address on your account.

Check your email

  1. Open the inbox of the email address you signed up with.
  2. Look for an email from Prime Opinion.
  3. Select Reset Password in the email.
  4. Enter your new password and confirm it.

Tip: if the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder and make sure you entered the correct email address.
