At Prime Opinion, every member should have their own account and a fair chance to take part. That's why we have a one-account-per-person policy.

Whether you're new to Prime Opinion or have been with us for a while, here's what you need to know to keep your account in good standing.

Why can I have only one account?

Your Prime Opinion account is for your personal use. One account per person keeps the experience fair and consistent for everyone.

Can I create another account?

No. Each person should use only one Prime Opinion account. Creating extra accounts for yourself isn't allowed under this policy.

What if I can't access my account?

If you can't log in, or think you may have created more than one account by accident, contact our Support team for help.
