How to make sure Prime Opinion tracks your game progress

Want your game progress to track properly and your rewards to come through without issues? Keep these practices in mind.

Always start the offer from the app

Start the offer directly from Prime Opinion, and do the same each time you come back to play. For example, use the Continue Earning button instead of opening the game separately. This keeps your activity linked to the offer.

Keep tracking permissions on

Some devices, especially iOS devices, need your tracking consent for activity to be recorded correctly. If you decline tracking permissions (such as App Tracking Transparency), your install, sign-up or in-game progress may not be tracked.

Avoid VPNs, proxies or switching devices mid-offer

Using a VPN or proxy, or switching devices while you complete an offer, can interfere with tracking and stop your progress from being recorded.

Watch out for reinstalls

If a game was installed on your device before, reinstalling it may not count as a new install, which many offers require. If you can, use a device where the app hasn't been installed before.
