Wondering how long it takes for a game offer to track and credit your reward? Here's what to expect.

How does game offer tracking work?

When you complete a milestone in a game offer, such as installing, reaching a certain level or making an in-app purchase, the game provider tracks your activity and reports it back to confirm completion. Once confirmed, your reward is credited to your account.

How long does tracking take?

Most game offers are tracked within three business days. Weekends don't count toward this time.

Why do game offers sometimes take longer?

Some game offers go through an extra verification period that can take up to seven business days. This happens when the game provider needs more time to confirm the milestone was completed correctly before releasing the reward.

What if my reward is still missing?

If it's been longer than expected (three business days for standard tracking, or seven business days for offers that need verification) and your reward still hasn't been credited, contact our Support team with the details of the game and the milestone you completed so we can look into it.
